Chris Crenshaw, BS

Chairman of the Board

Chris Crenshaw was born in Pensacola, Florida, and attended Florida A&M University, graduating with honors. He relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in 1971, at which time he purchased a State Farm Insurance franchise. Mr. Crenshaw became one of the top production agents in the country. In 1992 he opened Q-Time Restaurant in the Historic West End Neighborhood; since its inception Q-Time has consistently done more than $1,000,000.00 in production. Mr.Crenshaw belongs to several civic organizations, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Million Dollar Roundtable – an organization for insurance professionals. He is the Chairman of Our Time 21st Century Seniors, Inc., and provides entertainment to seniors via play readings. Chris also makes speeches regarding entrepreneurship and business ownership during presentations at senior facilities. Christopher Crenshaw is a film and theatre enthusiast, and does extra work in movies from time-to-time. He has four children, eight grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.


Margaret McBride, BSN, RN

Treasurer of the Board

Margaret McBride hails from Chicago, Illinois, and now lives in Atlanta, Georgia. She studied nursing at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska, and graduated with a BSN. Margaret is a veteran of the US Air Force, where she served as a nurse. She currently works as a nurse in the Atlanta VA Medical Center. Margaret is currently a board member for Our Time 21st Century Seniors, Inc., serving as Treasurer. She enjoys helping seniors live the most optimum life possible by offering education and understanding regarding their medication, chronic disease management, and activities to improve their quality of life.Margaret is married, and has four adult children, two of whom are full-time students in college.


Ginny Albert

President/CEO

Virginia Albert was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Early on she developed a love for acting and attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts, where she earned a diploma toward an Associate’s degree. She attended Parson’s School of Fashion Design, and took a course in Ancient Egyptian History at The New School. Upon returning to Atlanta, she enrolled at Georgia State University as a Film & Video major, while minoring in Theatre. She is a few credits away from earning her first Bachelor’s degree.Ginny is a published author, playwright, and an ink artist. In 2014 she co-founded Our Time 21st Century Seniors, Inc. (OT). OT’s mission is to motivate seniors 50+ to regard retirement as a new chapter, where their unrealized dreams come to life. Ginny runs the day-to-operations of OT, and receives heart-felt joy from working with seniors, who are so appreciative of the workshops and presentations offered by the company. From time to time she returns to her roots in the theatre and does extra work in movies filmed in Atlanta, Georgia. Ginny has a daughter - Fanette, a 9 year-old grandson - Jason, and a new little granddaughter - Amira Danielle Franks, who was born on May 9. 2016. Being a grandmother (or Gwanny, as Jason calls her) is one of Ginny’s most treasured experiences.


Barbara S. Giles, M.Ed

Board of Directors

Barbara Smith Giles began life in Newark, New Jersey, but her parents accepted positions in Tuskegee and relocated. Barbara was educated on the Tuskegee Institute campus laboratory elementary school, the Tuskegee Institute High School and Tuskegee Institute, where she completed her Bachelor of Science degree. She studied at Hampton University, University of Michigan and earned a Master’s in Education Administration Supervision from Auburn University. She has served as an educator administrator from nursery school through college. She employed the applied learning techniques throughout her educational career. Her preference was always administration and logistics. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Sorority, Inc. Barbara now uses her free as a life couch to youth and seniors. She enjoys cultural events, cooking and sharing dishes from her kitchen with others over good coffee or a nice glass of wine. Mrs. Giles accepted a vacancy on the Board of Directors of Our Time 21st Century Seniors, Inc. because it spotlights objectives she already holds.
